✈︎ Golf-cart (Buggy) are charged at £78.00 (Service cannot be guaranteed upon request).
✈︎ Access to lounges are NOT included in the prices.
✈︎ All services are based on a maximum of 3 hours.
✈︎ Additional hour will be charged at £60.00 per Hour.
✈︎ Free for children under 3 years.
✈︎ Children between 3-12 years-old will be charged £30.00 per child.
✈︎ Greeters/Staff members are not obligated to help with baggage/Luggage, if in need of assistance porters are required to be booked.
✈︎ When requesting porters for 1-4 bags we will send the appropriate greeter to carry out both services, 5+ bags will have extra greeters to assist.
✈︎ Bookings made less than 24 hours before the service time are subject to a 50% late fee.
✈︎ Bookings amended between 12 and 24 hours before the service time are subject to a 50% last minute fee.
✈︎ Bookings amended less than 12 hours before the service time are subject to a 100% last minute fee.
✈︎ Cancellation within 24 hours or a no-show are non-refundable and will still be charged.
✈︎ Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the service will be a 50% refund.
✈︎ Credit card payments have a processing fee of 3.5%, in case of a refund to credit/debit card the processing fee is non-refundable.
✈︎ All Meet & Assist services are subject to a 75% surcharge on all UK National Holidays such as Christmas and New Years etc…
